Templates...

I've never had much luck sharing design elements between databases.

What I've done for cases similar to this is to place the subform in a template, in fact, I've created templates to contain any design elements that I share between databases.

Then i copy the elements into databases as needed.

Now I have the ability to 1) make & test a design change in a test database, 2) update the template and 3) blow the design out to any database where its needed.
